I’ve had one workout session with Dwayne at Vertex and I’m already noticing a difference in my results now that I am using his techniques. What I’ve come to realize is that these techniques are based in simple common sense, but like many other people who have a regular workout routine like I do, it never occurred to me to use them. If you’re doing the commonly accepted 3 or more sets you’re wasting your time. I’ve come to realize now is that I can shorten the time it takes to work out by using the proper technique with better results and that’s the real value in what Vertex teaches. Change your workout from quantity to quality!
