I just returned from my annual ski trip to Aspen. I could not have been happier with the results and would have called from the sloops to thank the staff at Vertex, if it was not for my aversion to cell phones while skiing. After only 15 workouts I skied better than when I was in my 20’s, the burning in my legs was gone, my balance was better and I did not meet a mogul or a jump that I did not hit. Not once was I the one in our group to say I was tired and let’s pack it in for the day and we skied about 6 hours straight everyday for three days. My friends all wanted to know why I was skiing this way and I gave the credit to my workouts at Vertex. They all wished they lived closer so that they could come to Vertex as well. 15 workouts!!! I can’t wait to see what an entire year of working out will bring. ??
